Dame Allan’s Event Entries

Due to the increasing popularity of NJCA events, we are starting to reach the upper capacity limits set by the tournament venues. This has now happened for the Dame Allan’s event. However, it is always worth checking back as there are often late withdrawals.

In fact, following a couple of withdrawals, a few spaces have today (16th March) become available for the upcoming Dame Allan’s event on the 26th.

Next week, we will be asking all those who have entered to let us know if they are unable to attend and so may be able to open up a few more spaces then also.

Please note that the times of the Ponteland event are different from the normal weekend chess event timings. The competition starts at 1:30pm and finishes at 6pm.

As Ponteland is one of our smaller venues spaces limited so there will be no separate U7 section for this tournament. U7s are still welcome to compete in the U8 section. A separate U7 morning competition will be running at Dame Allan’s as normal.
