The NPS Summer Congress will take place on Saturday 20th June.

If the weather is good, children (and adults!) will be allowed to use the patio area and field between games so feel free to bring sun cream and picnics. If the weather is poor, the event will take place as normal.

Gosforth Junior Chess Club will be running throughout the summer for those who wish to come along. Saturday 10 till 12, visit website for details or email mickriding@hotmail.co.uk And other activity – 

• July 21, latest round of our Blitz Grand Prix. Juniors welcome. 7 rounds of 5+3. £5 adults, £2.50 juniors. 
• July 26, after juniors (10 till 12) we will be in Gosforth Park, subject to weather of course. Hoping we get enough to run a competition and attract passing interest.
